General Sale Conditions


TFP Box, Unipessoal, Lda. 


Scope


These General Conditions of Sale, detailed below, determine the contractual relations between TFP BOX, Unipessoal, Lda. and its customers. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are the only ones applicable and replace all other terms and conditions, except in the case of prior written agreement. When the Customer places an order with TFP BOX, Unipessoal, Lda, they are deemed to have automatically accepted our terms of sale. 

Commercial Conditions


Prices

Quotes are expressed in euros, plus VAT at the rate in force and do not include transportation.  Quotations sent are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and will only be accepted upon confirmation by email of the award, confirming the agreed conditions.  
The tools and accessories used in the manufacture of the products are not delivered to customers and it is up to TFP BOX, Unipessoal, Lda to decide whether to destroy them when they are not used for more than 12 months, as they are considered industrial property of TFP Box, Unipessoal, Lda.


Tolerances

The following tolerances in the quantities delivered are admissible, which the customer undertakes to accept:

Up to 499 units: Variation +/- 25% 

From 500 to 999 units: Variation +/- 20% 

From 1000 to 2999 units: Variation +/- 15% 

Above 3000 units: Variation +/- 10%


Delivery times

TFP BOX, Unipessoal, Lda respects the delivery times of a customer order as long as stock is available or production is possible.  In the event that one of the products in the order is not available, a delivery deadline will be provided. Orders must be placed at least 15 working days before the delivery date. If the situation is extraordinary, TFP BOX, Unipessoal, Lda will contact the customer by e-mail, telephone or in person to inform them of the new delivery date for the product. 


Delivery

Orders can be delivered by our own transport or by a certified carrier.  When the quote is awarded, the customer must specify the full delivery address and times.  Upon receipt of the order, the customer will be responsible for verifying the conformity of the items delivered, as well as the quantities and references received. 
In the event of non-compliance or damage, the customer must report this in writing on the carrier's receipt and also inform TFP BOX, Unipessoal, Lda in writing within 48 hours of receiving the order.  
Orders returned due to the absence of the recipient, incomplete address or any other reason not directly attributable to us, will result in an additional charge for postage.  Orders that are not delivered on the first attempt will be charged for a second delivery.  
If the goods are accompanied by a waybill, TFP BOX, Unipessoal, Lda will send the respective invoice within a maximum of 5 working days. 

In the event of insufficient stocks for delivery within the agreed deadlines, TPF Box, Unipessoal, Lda, may make partial deliveries of the order, at no additional cost to the customer. 
The customer must inform TFP Box, Unipessoal, Lda at the time of placing the order that they do not agree to any partial deliveries. 

Payment terms

Payment terms are agreed with the customer when the quote is submitted. The due dates of the invoices must be complied with; if they are not properly collected, it is up to TFP BOX, Unipessoal, Lda to decide whether to send the matter to the legal department. 


Applicable legislation

Only items quoted and sold with an FSC certificate will be FSC certified.  
Purchase and sale contracts between TFP Box, Unipessoal, Lda and its customers are governed by Portuguese law.
